It is important to contact your insurance provider prior to your first session to verify your behavioral benefits so that you have a clear understanding of what is covered and what to expect.
I am an “in network” provider for BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois PPO, Blue Choice, United and Optum, and Aetna, including Northwestern University’s plan. If you are utilizing these insurance benefits, I will submit all claims and you will be responsible for any copays, coinsurance, or charges while meeting your deductible.
If I am an “out of network” provider, I will provide monthly invoices for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Though I may be out of network for your plan, many insurance companies will reimburse for a portion of the session fees and you should ask about this when verifying your benefits. I am happy to assist you with the paperwork for submitting your own claims.
I am dedicated to making therapy attainable and have several sliding fee appointments available and as needed.
